Cartie
Cartie is one of the characters you can meet on station. She needs to be unlocked first before you are able to play as her. She is the Archivist in the station
This is the best place! Lots of people coming and going all the time! And since Viggie fixed the Reloader, the ones who go, come back! I've been living here since forever with my huge family, the Harahara! We were so happy, cuddling and eating yummy pablum. Before that we were on a planet whose sun was dying, and the Masters filled loads and loads of ships with us and brought us here. The Masters saved us! We were so happy to work for them. And die for them. I'm working on lots of giant albums of information all about the Station! How it was before the big Flash when the Masters diappeared. Because after the Masters flashed away, those ugly hungry Bugs came and liked us even more than the pablum! So, it's time to learn stuff and seek vengeance... Um, let's start with vengeance! We can't let Bugs spread all over our home the way they are.

Abilities
Active - Publish and Perish
Deploys traps that stun monsters upon activation.
Knowledge can be explosive.
Ultimate - Haraharrage
Triggers rolling melee attack that ends in an explosion.
When a simple hug just isn't enough
Passive - Peer Reviewing
Boosts Active Skill of other Heroes and gives Crystal Bot an attack while in the same room.

1st Quest
- Eliminate 5 Royal Shyness monsters from the Bugs monster family
- Reward: 2 Cells + Hero Chip slot
2nd Quest
- Defeat the "Bug Momma" Bugs boss in the Labor Colony District on Floor 2
- Reward: 3 Cells + Hero Chip slot
3rd Quest
- Find some clues in the first Zone of the Life Incubator District on Floor 3
- Reward: 4 Cells + Hero Chip slot
4th Quest
- Unlock a minimum of 6 Upgrades for the Crystal Bot
- Reward: 5 Cells + Special Hero Skin
Hero Specific Upgrades
Hero Upgrades are upgrades that are upgrades that you unlock in-game during levelling up. They do not persist in-between the runs.
- Major Publication - +50% efficiency on Active Skill
- Haraharan Scholar - +40% Attack Damage on Ultimate Skill, +30% faster cooldown on Ultimate Skill
- Reading Light - +25% Speed in Dark Rooms, +25% Attack Damage on Ultimate Skill
- Knowledge is Dangerous - +25% Attack Damage to Crystal Bot, +25% efficiency on Passive Skill
- Critic Hits - +25% Attack Damage on Active Skill
- Bestseller - +3m Range on Active Skill
Hero Chips
Hero Chips are upgrades you can buy for your heroes at the Workstation (talk to Comrade). In order to buy them you will need Cells. There are more advanced Chips that will be unlocked with an Upgrade to the Saloon
